David Gordon's practice is devoted to litigation and pre-litigation matters. He represents clients in state and federal courts ranging from personal injury, contractual disputes, products liability, trucking and motor carrier litigation, employment law and construction litigation. In addition, Mr. Gordon is involved in the representation of blasting contractors.

Mr. Gordon is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Alabama. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar, the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and the Birmingham Bar Association.

Mr. Gordon is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Cumberland School of Law.
